Project Overview: In 2024, I spearheaded a team of skilled data engineers at Jubilee Insurance, where we developed advanced data pipelines on Azure Synapse. This project aimed to streamline the data flow and drastically reduce operational costs, while also ensuring smooth integration across multiple systems.

- Optimize data pipeline performance to reduce processing time and costs.

Challenges & Solutions
During the course of the project, we encountered several challenges, such as managing large data volumes and ensuring seamless integration between disparate systems. To address these:
- We optimized our Synapse pipelines by using partitioning and incremental loads to handle large datasets.
- We developed custom solutions to address system downtime, ensuring minimal impact on reporting operations.
- We employed a robust ETL error-handling mechanism, reducing the number of operational disruptions.
